Workshops

We provide two- or three-day workshops that will help your team achieve the skills needed for proactive leadership. These on- and off-site workshops are available through the Cornell University ILR Management Programs.

• New York City Workshop: Held at the ILR Conference Center on 34th Street in Manhattan, this workshop will help individuals in your organization to implement agendas, identify allies and resistors, mobilize coalitions, and lead to make things happen. The 3-day workshop will focus heavily on applying the material to your specific needs in an organizational setting.


• On-site Training: Workshops will be held at your facility and be restricted to individuals from your organization. Before the workshop, the training group will become familiar with your organization to tailor the training to your specific needs.
